The dog bin is overflowing and hasn't been emptied for weeks. As the rubbish bin by the baseball court has been removed, all the rubbish the kids throw on the ground is collected into bin bags by the residents and put by the dog bin so that the council will remove it. The rubbish bin needs to be put back by the baseball court otherwise the whole play park is covered in plastic bottles & cans discarded by kids.
