At 8.30am on Good Friday 3rd April, we parked our car in the Amersham multi storey car park, King George Way. We were going to be away all day. The parking notice showed the charge for all day on a bank holiday was £1.20. The machine didn't allow us to pay the bank holiday rate. We couldn't adjust it so we had to pay £6.20 (for over 4 hours). Please could you refund my £5 overpayment. Thank you.
