Car Blocking Drive

Moved to this property three years ago, and a vehicle (BD65 UPY, White Nissan Juke) repeatedly parks directly in front of the property, blocking access to my driveway. This happens frequently and sometimes continues for long periods in the past, the vehicle has remained there for a month or even up to a month and a half. At the moment, the same vehicle has been parked here for four days. The parking is unpredictable, as they arrive at random times, and on some occasions a different vehicle appears instead. This ongoing obstruction is preventing reliable access to and from my property.

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
