Parking on a corner near a junction is ILLEGAL!!

I use this road everyday. Everyday I am risking my life pulling out of Chiltern Avenue onto Chairborough Road as I am unable to see what's coming due to the many cars parked on the corners of both junctions which if Im correct, is illegal!!! The amount of times ive had to break hard to avoid speeding cars coming up the road when pulling out because I can't see!! The amount of times this has been reported and nothing has happened is a joke!! Im sure if different races were responsible for parking like this, action would've been taken a long time ago! This needs sorting ASAP. I will take it further if nothing is done. This will be a polite warning.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
