Chairborough Rd and Green St

I am writing to report a serious and ongoing issue regarding pavement obstruction on Chairborough Rd and Green St.
On multiple occasions, I have attempted to walk along these pavements with my child in a stroller, but the way has been completely blocked by vehicles parked partially or fully on the pavement. As a result, I have been forced to step into the road in order to pass.
This situation is extremely dangerous, as vehicles often travel at high speeds along these streets. On one occasion, when I had no choice but to enter the road, the side mirror of a passing car struck my hand forcefully. The driver did not stop or acknowledge the incident and continued driving.
