Car parked obstructed my driveway

From 2 days, A damaged vehicle is parked too close to my dropped kerb and restricting access to my driveway. Honestly, this is borderline obstruction. I already have very limited turning space and the red car is parked right up to the edge of my dropped kerb. To exit, i need to swing out into the road, with reduced visibility. I can’t exit in one smooth movement, i have to stop in the road to adjust and my visibility is compromised.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
