Overgrown hedge

The hedge on Wycombe Lane opposite houses 35-37 has grown sideways over the years and now severely obstructs pedestrians so they need to almost walk on the kerb of a very busy main road, which itself narrows at the worst point of the hedge overgrowth. Pedestrians cannot pass each other without stepping into the road. This has been reported before but was sent on to the Parish Council however the PC advise areas and issue reported here are not the responsibility of the Parish Council. Please pass on to your service providers to rectify.
