Vehicle is untaxed, no MOT, damaged on passenger side, full of mould, taking up space on a road preventing other bonafide road users/residents from utilising the space. Hasn’t moved in several weeks but has moved since tax expired as it is now facing the other way.

Webster Road, first turning on the left, parked on the left hand side.
