The Whole roundabout road surface has failed

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8937592.

Seems this has been building for a long time. The whole roundabout road surface has failed. Very large area's of tarmac are missing. Can't even class these as pot holes as they are huge. The only way to cross the round about is at less than walking pace and I would imagine anyone entering this round about without knowing would easily damage wheels, or even worse take a cyclist or motorcyclist off there bike.
