The vehicle has been parked her for over a month, tyre slightly on the curb and it has not moved. It is not taxed and the MOT runs out on the 14/2/26. It is restricting access for maintenance for an electricity compound and stopping parents of disabled children being able to park to collect their children from school. It is a private road and is frankly a nuisance.
