Footpath triangle area outside no 57 and 55 Middlebrook Road

I have reported the overgrown bushes and trees quite a few times over the last few years to no avail. The trees and bushes are seriously over grown in the triangle that runs along the footpath. I know this land belongs to the Council and Redkite used to come out and maintain this area. The bushes and explicitly the cherry blossom tree have not been cut back for several years. This area outside my home is an eye sore and the tree has quite a lot of dead branches and has grown out of control. The bushes have started growing over the pavement again and will soon be blocking the access for pedestrians walking along the pavement. The whole area needs cutting back and tidying up. Please could this been actioned before the spring and before the excuse that it cannot be cut back due to nesting birds. If this is not resolved this year in the next couple of weeks then I will raise this neglect with our local councillor to get some resolution.
