Flytipping which has stilll not been cleared

As the council is aware there is flytipping at this location however they have still not cleared it. The rubbish is CLEARLY FLYTIPPING - why have you not cleared it? You have been and cleared additional flytipping adjacent to the road so why was this not done at the same time? Because you have not done so unscrupulous individuals now think it is okay to dump more rubbish - please sort it out!
