This has been reported before. There are constantly cars parked on the kerb and the hedge to No. 40 is growing over what is left of the path. It is almost impossible to walk past. Any one with a push chair or in a wheel chair has to go out into the middle of the road to get past. This is also very near the corner with Hithercroft road and cars turning into Downs Park have to turn in on the wrong side to get past these parked cars. The hedge need trimming back to make more room.
