It’s in a car park for the shops staff members and on weekdays especially we find it very difficult to park, it’s been there for over 6 months now and it doesn’t seem to move. When looking up the number plate on the DVLA website to see if it’s taxed or had an MOT it says invalid number plate. Also the number plate is personalised and looks illegal big 3D black numbers.

This is located just beyond the Waitrose car park, to the right where it’s the loading bay there is a bit to go down and it’s down there.
