This car park needs to be managed

I have lived at 178 Hughenden Road for four years. The properties from 190 to 170 do not have driveways or any on or off road parking. This car park is crucial to these few houses, however over the time I have lived here an increasing number of people have abused this car park for illeagal drug related activities, abandoning cars and parking there despite having their own driveways.

It has made our lives an absolute misery due to the council both owning it and not doing a single thing with it. This car park either needs to be sold to the residents of 190-170 to utilise as their own car park. Or parking permits should be issued to limit its use.

This problem was further compounded by the council extending double yellow lines over the last couple of years and regularly the residents of 190-170 are unable to park their cars on any nearby roads.

A decision needs to be made about this car park.
