Congested parking

We used to have parking permits to park here but now instead it's a free for all some flats have 4 cars parking on the road encroaching driveways making it difficult to get out.

There was no issue when we have parking permits now we get uni students parking all down the road causing congestion, people leaving cars there for days and going to the train station. It's ridiculous what do we have to do for the council to notice there should be parking permits here.

I regularly view Cara fly down here there are children constantly walking the amount of cars make visibility bad and I've seen on numerous occasions people fly down Hughenden boulevard nearly hit people and kids it's just a matter of time bring back permit parking especially for the residents!!
