Van is parked on the corner of the road but there is insufficient space for the van to be completely in Carlyle Ave and not block the t-junction on Chaucer Drive. It is impossible for any vehicle to get safely around the corner and there is insufficient space for commercial vehicles, including council garbage collectors to get through

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
