OE04 DXR. Vehicle involved in collision on 13.01.26. Driver has since failed to recover vehicle, which is now abandoned and completely obstructing public footpath. Also causing danger when turning out of shared driveway as obscuring view of road traffic (travelling at 40mph). Police clear that this is a Council matter as an abandoned vehicle and will take no action.

  • An officer will investigate the vehicle and if on inspection it is considered to be abandoned, a notice will be issued.
