Parked on double yellows at entrance to private residential carpark

Car is obstructing the visibility up and down the road for residents using the car park. It is illegally parked on double yellow lines which is extremely dangerous

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
