This grey van frequently parks on double yellow lines at the corner of Havenfield Road and New Road, sometimes there are empty spaces further down the road. This obstructs vehicles turning into Havenfield Road from New Road, especially during the morning rush hour when there is queueing traffic getting out of Havenfield Road turning onto New Road

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
