Overgrown hedging blocking the pavement and fire hydrant
Reported via desktop in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 11:46, Wednesday 7 January 2026
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8640468.
The owner of the property has still not trimmed the hedge back. The hedge covers over half the pavement and a wheelchair cannot use the pavement. It is the corner of the road which means wheelchair suers must dangerously move onto the road to pass the corner where the hedge is blocking the pavement. The hedge also covers the fire hydrant which is a major risk to fire engines needing to access the fire hydrant in an emergency.
