Verney Road Pothole

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8640241.

This has been reported on numerous occasions over the years and nothing has been done. Large pot holes and failed road surface. The noise and vibrations going through our property wakes us up at 4am from lorries and traffic. The damage was caused when the Bloor homes estate was built in 2018. It had one temporary repair in that time. We were informed the surface will be done, but this has been the response we've had for the past 2/3 years of making reports. Myself and another family member in my household suffer with our health and our sleep is essential to us. I'm also worried that the large shocks vibrating through our property will be causing untold damage to the foundations. We have been informed we can apply for damages for the above as nothing has been actioned over such a long period of time.

    Based on the information provided to the Customer Service Centre, this report has been passed to the Highways Emergency Team.

    The Emergency Team will carry out an assessment and arrange to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Initially the repair may be a temporary one, a permanent repair will be made as soon as possible
