Footpath at rear of Gilbert Scott Court (AMS/85)

Reported via desktop in the Other rights of way issue category anonymously at 13:25, Tuesday 6 January 2026

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8635175.

Steep bank at the back of Gilbert Scott Court – one of the very large trees on the bank is leaning towards the flats. Freeholders of Gilbert Scott Court have been out but say nothing to do with them – suggested calling the council. Tree looks dangerous as at an angle of about 45 degrees. Worried as if it falls it will land on roof of flat, also there is a footpath so anyone walking would be in danger. Please could this be looked into as a matter of urgency – no-one seems to know who is responsible for the trees on this steep bank
