Car constantly parked on pavement and opposite our drive way

The vehicle blocks the whole footpath and parks opposite the main parking side of the road. This makes the road narrow for passing vehicles and pedestrians have to move into the main road to get past.

They park opposite our driveway which makes is almost impossible to reverse out of our driveway safely.

The car has been doing this for months and has had a number of parking tickets issued.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
