Ku08 XZX vehicle has been left broken down and abandoned on the public highway within a cul-de-sac. Its position obstructs the turning circle, preventing other vehicles, including refuse collection lorries, from safely turning. The vehicle has been left propped up and is not properly secured, creating a potential safety hazard. This poses a particular risk to children who play in and around the street.
