Regular breach of law by parking on yellow line where there is restricted parking monday to saturday

Not only parking illegally on the pretext that "only there" for a minute ie dropping off picking up. When a photograph is taken, winding window down and hurling abuse. This was a black mercedes with an elderly gent who should know better than to wind his window down and hurl abuse at a resident who is merely reporting the breaking of a law

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
