Mental sticking out of fence
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8584502.
Mental sticking out of fence at bottom of red bridge. On left side of looking up at bridge before walking up it. Problem is that older people hang on to hand rail as they go up and down the bridge and are liable to hurt themselves on it as it is hard to see.
