People keep parking on the footpath and verges, destroying the grass, make the area look like a mess, disrespect to residents, blocking the path for pedestrians, making really dangerous for pedestrians in special for children in the school time some of them really aggressive and ignorants..

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
