Volkswagen black , parked abandoned since months

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8565104.

GR04 LLK, it’s been parked and left since months and it has a red number plate too , usually from the trade. It’s untaxed and no Mot , using public space .
