Lots of Fast Gas canisters dumped by car: VRN: MW14ZPY

As title, a black Mercedes A180 (registration number MW14ZPY) often parks on Gilletts Lane for hours at a time doing balloons and littering the street with the canisters and fast food wrappers. Something should be done. There are about a dozen canisters that now need to be removed from the street, and a litter pick done to clean up the rubbish..
