A caravan has been abandoned in A highway lay-by

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8519945.

Someone has simply abandoned an old caravan in A road lay-by .. thereby depriving car tax payers of the lay-by usage ! It's been there at least 3 weeks and people are now fly tipping in front of it and behind it.
