Ringo application did not work

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8519766.

I parked my car at the high Wycombe Park and ride on Friday morning, I thought my app had picked up correctly. Everything and I was paying for the parking but when I’m collecting my car now on Monday evening at 802 pm I realise I did not pay for the parking. Please can you help me sort this issue? I’m coming out from the parking now and I would like to avoid a ticket. Thank you very much for your help
