Water Lane has large puddles, slippery, rotting leaves and mud. It is a well-used walking route for parents and children en route to Thomas Harding school. However, the state of the path discourages use of the car park for drop-off and pick-up, so it exacerbates the traffic problems in Wey Lane and Germain Street.
