Machine telling customers no ticket needed

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8510759.

Paid via card for my parking and the machine displayed the message ….”no ticket required”…. I came back to find a penalty charge notice for….not displaying a ticket….I am appealing this.
