Further to report 8443152. On what basis has this report been closed and no further action ?

This vehicle appears not to have moved for a very long time, has had person(s) occasionally living in it and has been reported many times. It looks like it has an MOT, how can this be when it appears it has not moved from where it is now for a long time?

For all the reasons previously reported, can somebody please take responsibility and ownership of this issue and get the vehicle moved.
