Laurel hedge blocking parking in residential close

Have asked Parish Council who have confirmed it is Bucks issue. Central island in residential close has series of laurel bushes that have grown significantly impacting parking, and requiring a trim. Local residents have attempted but the bushes are too tall and thick. However, with a hedge cutting tractor this can be sorted very easily. Winter is ideal time to cut this back when no birds nesting. Please update this with date of trimming so cars can be moved ahead of your visit so you can get close.
