Lack plastic cover from bin

I spoke to a council employee who was emptying rubbish from the bin at the bus stop for the no 1 bus travelling from Amersham heading towards hazlemere. The black plastic cover from the bin has been missing for months and has been reported many times. The employee agreed and said although he keeps reporting it as well no one takes any notice.
