Pay machine not working

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8494716.

2nd December 2025 - pay machine not working - not accepting card or cash. Forced to use Ringo which adds a premium for the privilege of using the service. An hour's ticket should have cost £1.20 instead I was charged £1.45 by Ringo. From previous complaints I can see this increases exponentially with the longer you stay! This is profiteering! The customer has no choice but to use Ringo as you are not maintaining the machines....and it appears this has been going on for months and months... completely unacceptable
