Abandoned Car

The Vehicle is a Citroen Saxo Reg no RF53WYL. It has been Parked on and off the footpath at the top of Windsor Drive close to the entrance. This has been left for over 2 months, it has key scratches down the side of the car as well as the windows. This needs to be removed as it is causing parking issues for the other residents in the street.
