Nearly daily dog fouling left by dog(s) from owner of 102 Chapel lane who has 5 dogs. There has been interaction and asked to clean up after dog (when witnessed fouling) Mr Rickey Caine stated that his dog does this whilst walking and he (as the owner) does not notice. This has continued.
