Person consistently blocks a shared driveway and footpath to houses and the pedestrian footpath. They are now blocking people from exiting their parking spot despite all of this area having dropped curbs and plenty of parking out the back of their house. And have hit cars when leaving tight parking areas.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
