Longdown Hill, in small lay-bye on the left when driving towards Askett

Reported via iOS in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 02:56, Tue 11 November 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8401892.

Assorted loose items have been fly-tipped into the undergrowth in the lay-bye. This lay-bye is on the left hand side when driving towards Askett and is located after passing the Grangelands car park [on your right] and just as the road starts its downhill descent. What is not clear from the photos is that more items have been thrown over the hedge into the field.

Also what is not clear from the photos is that UNDERNEATH the visible items is a much older fly-tip comprising 4 or 5 large black bags, contents unknown. In one of the photos these “packed down” black sacks can just about be seen; I have marked them in yellow.

The “new” & visible fly-tip has been reported by someone [ref: 8391092], but there were no accompanying photos and that person would not have noticed the older fly-tip of bin bags.

Thank you
