Bucks council massive bin needs to be emptied and removed. Bin men have told me that they are unable to empty it on their particular lorry. I have reported this ages ago. It's a health hazard, we don't need it and it's now smelling and attracting vermin but residents are still putting rubbish in it Other bin has a lid missing which needs replacing please
