Two trees on Bathurst Walk. No 14 and maisonettes
Reported via desktop in the Overhanging branch/tree category anonymously at 10:13, Monday 10 November 2025
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8397303.
Both trees need pollarding which are viewed by local residents as a bloody nuisance. Most of the months we pick up leaves that accumulate outside our gates on a weekly basis. Our hopes were raised high when we saw contractors pollarding the branches but a just trimming two branches the tasks came to a halt when the contractor realised that the Highways did not give a parking permit. What a bloody joke that some Charlie in the Highways did not think of issuing a parking permit. God knows when the tree surgeons will come back again thus prolonging our suffering as we constantly are pushed to brush/pick the leaves as our electric gates do not shut fully as they should. My wife and I are pensioners and we get very tired of cleaning up when all it takes is for Highways to get the branches chopped off, you my call it pollarding but whatever it the word, just put us out of our misery, ffs. We cannot be expected to pick up Council rubbish. All it needs is someone with some compassion, in the Highways Dept. to consider the impact the nuisance trees have upon residents. When will the job we completed? This decade??
