This car always parks on the pavement at the bus stop. This makes it impossible for the passengers waiting at the bus stop to see the buses coming down the hill. As a result, the passengers wait on the road which is very dangerous

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (Traffic Warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
