Its just behind the Oak trees that the council planted here 16-17 years ago! Ive been told that its not the councils responsibility, but I believe it is. I am not responsible for removing potentially hazardous waste from outside of the housing association property. Also reported to Housing Association who say it is not their responsibility. I don't know who else I should be reporting it to?
