Yet another streetlight not working properly

Reported via mobile in the Street light intermittent category anonymously at 19:06, Tuesday 4 November 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8376958.

Street light directly opposite Chinese takeaway/bus stop is flickering on its way to not working. Evidently this is not an electricity supply issue but an issue with the light itself. There are far too many streetlights in Waddesdon not working and it ie not acceptable that they aren't being fixed. Please sort.

Updates

  • The Street Lighting Team aim to repair all faulty lighting within 20 working days, however, there may be some circumstances that this time for repairs is be extended. For example, if it is an electricity supply fault, this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend and rectify as we cannot work on their network, in these cases we will update you to let you know it is an electricity supply fault.
