Large white van parked on double yellow lines at the entrance to a private, residential car park. It is obstructing the view and therefore making it dangerous for residents to manoeuvre in and out of the carpark

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
