GL10ZHW . This vehicle has not moved for TWO YEARS. IT HAS CLEARLY BEEN ABANDONED. ALTHOUGH IT SAYS IT IS TAXED AND INSURED THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE AS IT HAS NOT MOVED. HOW CAN A CAR BE MOT'ED IF IT HAS NOT MOVED. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
