GL10ZHW. This vehicle has been sat across the pavement for over 2 years. This vehicle seems to have been taxed and MOTd from Nov 2025 which is impossible as this vehicle has clearly not been moved in years. Is it possible this vehicle has been cloned. It is obstructing the path on a busy road. It's clearly abandoned
